Is it me you're looking for?  Another wild adventure is waiting for me in the bush and I can hardly stand the wait.  I'm getting ready to visit Chief's Camp in Botswana this February!  Will you join me on a photo safari?

I am so bored!  I can't wait to start traveling again!

CHEETAH IN THE DARK

 Drama! Drama! Drama!  I love the drama.  I took this shot with my NIKON.

It was midnight and pitch black.  I went to take a shower.  It was outside and secured by a wooden fence.  When I stepped out of my tent, I saw a cheetah so I turned around and went back to the tent, grabbed a flashlight and my camera and started clicking... continuous.  I was lucky to get the shot.  She was so close to the tent - my flashlight helped. 

In the bush, you have to always be ready for the right moment. I keep my camera ready.  And I carry 3 different flashlights with me.  

Sky Gliding in San Francisco

Here are some sky gliding pictures I took using my new Sony camera! I only have one lens: 24-70.

After I took these pictures, the man gliding asked me if I wanted to go sky gliding, so I did. It was fun!

I love this shot!  I stepped outside and captured the evening light resting on the desert floor as the clouds above were being pushed by the wind.  So much drama.

Run To The River

I love this shot... the baby elephants, the herd, the dust.  Look at how the water and dirt settled on the first elephant's forehead.

This elephant looks like it was dipped in a bath of metal.  I love this shot.  It doesn't look real.

This lioness posed for me like it knew it would be on a holiday card.  I look at this photo and feel like I can reach out and touch her whiskers.

Greetings from Botswana in December

It was like the animals were posing for me again. They just got out of the water and started to graze in front of me.  I love the red tones captured on the baby hippo's under belly and the blue light that outlines them both.

Me and my Cheetah were in the wild spending time together. It was fun.

I walked with her until she saw a rabbit and took off. She came back to show me her prize and then left. I never saw her again.

I love Botswana! It was the greatest way to spend my Christmas. I'll be back in the States soon and will get back to work on my new website.

This is my first Christmas in Botswana and I'm having a fantastic time!

While visiting the Bush this holiday, I made a new Cheetah friend.  We have been sharing the festive season together.  As you can see, we are enjoying the moment in Botswana's lush green country, blanketed in the crisp light of day.

Everything is so fresh in Botswana.  It is like Heaven on Earth!  A paradise.  There is nothing else like it.

It was a stormy day at convict Lake, bad weather paints beautiful pictures. I got soaked; it was worth.
Photographers always look for drama to right a story.  Beautiful, Beautiful morning at Mono Lake The water was emerald green and clouds took my breath away.  It was so calm and no one was around the lake but me.
